Biden-Harris admin faces lawsuit after putting Tulsi Gabbard on terror watchlist

Legal action is being prepared against the Biden-Harris administration after whistleblowers revealed that former Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard was subjected to increased travel surveillance and placed on a terror watchlist by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) because of her political views. Gabbard is a veteran of the US Armed Forces, a former congresswoman from Hawaii, and has run for president, seeking the 2020 Democrat nomination for president.

Jordan Sekulow, Executive Director of the American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ) said in a statement that the Biden-Harris administration is “once again unconstitutionally targeting conservatives for their political views.”

He added, “This alarming abuse of power represents yet another example of government overreach and the erosion of our constitutional rights. We are preparing major legal action against the Biden-Harris Deep State over this unconstitutional targeting of an American for her political speech.”

Sekulow noted that Gabbard is a combat veteran “who has served our country honorably and still serves as an officer in the Army Reserves. Despite the fact that the military finds her fit to serve, whistleblowers report that she has been subjected to additional screening and harassment by the Biden-Harris Administration at airports across the nation.”
